I am running a company event. Can I have a VAT invoice? ▸

Yes. Enter your company details in the field provided when you book. VAT on venue hire is 23%.

Can I extend the booking while the event is running? ▸

Yes, as long as it does not run into somebody else booking after you. On the day you will be sent the number to text to extend, and it happens automatically.

What if I have to cancel? ▸

Plans change, so the refund terms are stated plainly: 35 days or more before the event, 100% back; 25 to 34 days, 50%; under 25 days, no refund. You can also move the booking once, free of charge, subject to availability.

Do you offer extras, like catering or entertainment? ▸

We work with a network of trusted partners who give our guests preferential rates. Tell us what you are after when you book and we will put you in touch.

Can I see the venue before I book? ▸

Yes. Book a viewing online with the "View the venue" button and pick a time that suits you. You will be sent a door code, so you can look round on your own without anybody hovering.
