Frequently asked questions
I am running a company event. Can I have a VAT invoice? ▸
Yes. Enter your company details in the field provided when you book. VAT on venue hire is 23%.
Can I extend the booking while the event is running? ▸
Yes, as long as it does not run into somebody else booking after you. On the day you will be sent the number to text to extend, and it happens automatically.
Do I get extra time to set up? ▸
Yes. Your access starts early, depending on the package: Standard 30 minutes, Komfort 60 minutes, Premium 90 minutes before your booking. Time enough to put up decorations and let the caterer in without rushing.
What if I have to cancel? ▸
Plans change, so the refund terms are stated plainly: 35 days or more before the event, 100% back; 25 to 34 days, 50%; under 25 days, no refund. You can also move the booking once, free of charge, subject to availability.
Is there anything to show a presentation on? ▸
Yes. Every venue has a television you can plug a laptop into. A projector is sometimes available on request: mention it when you book and we will check whether this venue has one.
Do you offer extras, like catering or entertainment? ▸
We work with a network of trusted partners who give our guests preferential rates: catering, a coffee service for the breaks, decorations and entertainment. Tell us what you are after when you book and we will put you in touch.
Can I see the venue before I book? ▸
Yes. Book a viewing online with the "View the venue" button and pick a time that suits you. You will be sent a door code, so you can look round on your own without anybody hovering.
