When the pack runs out we send a text and an email: after the last visit, or on the last day it is valid. Unused visits do not carry over to the next pack.

The invoice is issued automatically as soon as you pay and emailed to you with the PDF. A company invoice also goes to KSeF, the Polish national invoice system, usually within a few minutes.
